Some points and advices are given in below which cause to dignity and veneration of mosque in the eyes of believers and there is no doubt that having such Imam will cause to make mosques more strong and attractive. Bless to God because of having many of qualified Imams in our mosques with such conditions:
1) He is successful to design and implement paternal programs for attraction of children and younkers to mosques
2) He has created the cultural council of mosque to use in order to use its capacities for programming and implementation of cultural-religious ceremonies. Some of the given services by this council are Quran reading sittings, the veneration and dusting decade of mosques, the global day of mosques,...etc.
3) He has attempted to recommend and execute some paternal programmes for families such as skilled consultative services, contention resolving, and creation of suitable conditions to introduce youth who are similar in life conditions, education, etc to families to get marry.
4) He is simple, easygoing and high moral
5) He empowers and spreads the Enjoining and forbidding the evil culture between the believers.
6) His spirit is revolutionary, strive in personality and indefatigable
7) He behaves according to values and the holly prophet’s behaviour
8) He recognizes his role in mosque as his most important affair
9) He knows his mosques as his most important place in life according to the supreme leader of Iran’s advice that emphasis on this issue.
10) He is regular in presence in mosque and has to be this first present worshiper in mosque and the last one for going out.
11) He knows the regular worshipers and has greeting with them.
12) He uses of mosque capabilities to publish and extension of Islamic behaviour among believers and neighbours.
13) The cleanness of the mosque has priority for him and doesn’t devolve this affair only to mosque servant.
14) He has a comprehensive program and time table for his mosque affairs and is prudent
15) He has efficient communication with the neighbours of his mosque and cares to prevent of any kind of disturbance for them.
16) He attends the women prayers hall also and this part of mosque is not forgotten for him. He appoints one of his family members as the communicator between him and women to supervise more and better on women section.
17) He appoints the youth as his ministers and arms in mosque and puts them in charge for participation in mosques works.
18) He uses capabilities of the mosque district and surrounded environment. He recognizes the clergies who live in his mosque district and attempts to invite them to mosque and has good relations with them.

25) He makes the mosque’s environment Quranic. Imam manages Quran studying seats, interpretation seasons and encourages youth for recitation of Quran and finally guides people to think on Quran verses.

28) He doesn’t wait for neighbours of mosque to call on him but attempts to call on them before they do.

33) He supervises on the financial affairs of mosque, checks the registered inputs and outputs of accounts. He also asks the chief of trustees to set up the inventories
